This is a Role-playing game that is set in a post-nuclear aftermath of a nuclear war. This Nuclear war was cause of an alien invasion. The United States and the world powers of the year 1991 didn't have the power in themselves to get rid of them in the already token areas.
They already had control of area which they had little control of but in all sense of the words the aliens were won and the Humans had only a few minor victories that counted as nothing compared to the victories the aliens had! They used Nukes in the most heavyly areas of the world. Both the United States and the Soviet Union at that time fired its nukes at locations in all of the world.
All of the people were evalate in all around a fifty mile radius of blast area. But notr all people were outside of these areas. Infact these large areas which the aliens controled had miliions of prisoners and freedom fighters in them to help in the war.
Ironic the freedom fighters were doing a better job fighting the Thiheions then the Worlds army was doing. During and after the war the world became one and all nation didn't exist anymore.
When the bombs or misslies hit that had nurclear warheads on them the nuclear and the alien engry mix and formed an area or a zone which mutants all Humaniod life forms. The mutants our in a form of abilitys not physical.
In the blast about only in all areas 10% of the Human population in the alien control lands were killed or missing. The Thiehion population of coruse had a much more deadly side about 60% or 75% of them were killed world wide. Some areas there is no Thiheions in others the Thiheions have complete control.
CHARACTER CREATION SECTION
ABILITY SCORES
The abilities that don't have the heading Human Mutant abilities or Thiheion Mutant abilities are not for the outsiders of the zone. For players who are people from the outside of the zone or are just getting started in the game play for a zoner can use them!
What this means is that you can't use the Mutant abilities for people who never been in the zone! If the players go into the zone and stay there at least one day they will become a zoner with all of the Mutant abilities no matter if they are Human or Thiheion or not of these two races!
Human Mutant Abilities
These abilities are give to all Humans who live in the Death zones at the time or after the time of "the Bombing"! To use this rule you have to get rid of the other rule on Abilitaries and any use this one.
Strength: Plus 1000 more pounds to your maxium lift, plus 3 more to hit and damage.
Dexterity: Have a jumping ability of 50% chance of doing it. The player have to roll a 50% or lower to jump. To roll he or she needs to roll on a 1d100. Another 70% chance of out running anyone even a car without getting tried. The player has to roll a 70% or lower on a 1d100
Constitution: Can heal all wounds up too fifty hp damage for a total of one week of rest. Can heal minor or medium wounds in about 2 secounds. The only weapons that can hurt a Human zoner is has to be a bladed weapon thta is treated with a speical chemical or mod bullets or lasers.
Wisdom: Has better knowledge to use Thiheion or other aliens technology.
Extras: Has a faint but workable psonic power. This lets time when doing a roll of 1d100 for the percents of 40% or below the Human can see into the future in a dream or even as a day dream. Also a 60% chance or lower he or she can also send a message to one another with totally knowing what is to be done and what to do and all of the things both uses want and need. they could uses this to mind read all knowledge of the person. They have to roll a 40% or lower.
Thiheion Mutant Abilities
Thiheions too can Mutant from the mixer of Nuclear power and the Thiheions power. Unlike the Human mutant which cause body wide changes the Thiheions have dexterity, major changes Constitution and both Mental and Strength changes in the players body.
Dexterity: Has a 60% chance of jumping over things and a 30% chance of missing bullets. Roll for jumping is 1d100 have to get a 60 or below o jump right. Roll for missing bullets is 1d100 have to get a 30 or below to miss.
Constitution: Can heal minor, or medium wounds in about 2 secounds and can heal major wounds in a day or two. The only things which could hurt or kill a zoner Thiheion is Mod bullets or cheical treated blades or mod Lasers.
Strength: Has a bonus of 1050 more lift pounds ability and can hit and damage better for +5.
Extras: Has a metal power that is able to see in the future anytime the player wants and also has the ablilty to scan other poeple minds and albe to brain wish if needed to. all of this is to roll a 1d100 for 60 or below.
How to roll the Ability
To roll your abilitries you most use a 3d6 to get you starting abilitries.
All Rolls Under Nine
This rule is here so that rolls made that are under the number nine are to be rerolled so the character could be the best as possible in this Role-Playing Game! This doesn't guraetee the best but it will help! Remember the Gm has to decide if he wants it or not!
STRENGTH
This ability score is use for your ability to lift up things, add to your hits, and to add to damage to your enemy! The stronger you are the stronger and more powerful the attacks will be! ( The add to hits and add to damage is only if you use a bladed weapon like a sword or knife!)

This means that you can add the amount or subtract the amount giving to you by your roll.

Max Lift
This is your maximum lift for when you lift something! Now since most people are from the zone, the scores are in the thousands! So if you have a 400 you really have about 400,000 pounds to lift!

This ability score is use for to see how fast you can move. The Jump in feets mean how far you jump in feet! running miles per an hour, this means how fast you ran in an hour! The chances of been hit means what the chance of you being hit are!

RACES
These are the races that are in the game play. Their might be other races such as other alien races and/or the three so called Human races.
Human: This is the race that was created here on Earth. There is two different types of Human now. The true Human which is a non-Mutant form which has the same chance to roll the abilities or the Mutant Human who is Immune to bullets, radiation, many different types of poison, and some lasers. He can heal at five hit points per a second. He/she can jump about five hundred feet up. He/she can ran up to 20 miles per an hour. Can lift up to 100,000 pounds and more!
Benefits: +2 for Strength, +2 Constitution
Thiheion: The Thiheion have not experience the mutated ability as the Humans did. But there is a 60% chance that they have. If that is so then They are called Somheion which means the Powerful ones! They have all the powers and strength that the Humans get.
Benefits: +3 for Dexterity, +2 Wisdom
AGE
This is what the character age is. He/she could be any age but I have a set method and an Optional rule.
Human Starting Age: 14 + 1d20 Max 34 years old.
Thiheion Starting Age: 20 + 1d20 Max 40 years old.
Immortal Rule of the Death Zone
In the Death Zone your life is never ending. You cannot die of disease, and bad food, water etc. But you can still die of New lasers, and Zone weapons which is in this book. If you do not buy anything in the zone it is not modified. This will not hurt you in anyway.

This rule is for these who want to have more in depth personal. This game doesn't have to have this rule since anyone is both right and wrong. I only put this here for these like I said before who want to have it!
Pure Good
You are a person who is good towards you follow man. He/she is usually against anyone who has raped, killed or hurt an incident person. A pure good doesn't wanted to kill if not necessary. He/she won't also doesn't want war prizes
Normal Good
You are a person who is good but you want to do a little more then a pure good person does. You might maybe you drink beer or smoke but you are still a good person. You can kill anyone you think is evil, take their loot and also have sex without any problem.
* Neutral
You are nether bad or good. You have a balance to your life. Anyone is like this. You can kill who you think is a threat or you could make friends to anyone.
* Chaotic
You are an evil person. A mad man, or a person who just likes to have a little to much blood lust. This can be played anyway you want.
*: This character doesn't like rules. He/she is both good and bad. He/she can do what he wants anytime he feels necessary.
TRIBES
The tribes are the countries and the powers in this game. There are, two super powers in this game. They are the United Villages and the Renedages. The United Thiheions are not so powerful.
The following is what the meaning is.
Allowed Races: This is what Races can join or not. If Human only human, If Thiheion Then only Thiheion. If All Then every race in the zone can come and join. But if any that mean they can join but if will take longer.
Benefits: What items you can get from the tribe if you join them. Plus what special services you will receive also.
United Villages
The United Villages is one of the most common tribes in the area. If you are friend to them you have one most power friend on your side. If you are an enemy you are in deep S__T.
Allowed races: All
Benefits: You can get all vehicles for free if you are on an mission. If you are in need they will help you. They will give you a bonus in there cities for items.
Renegades
The Renedages or another name is the Redys are a very powerful tribe also they have two goals. The first isn't as bad. To kill Mike the Leader of the United Villages. Now the last is to have the whole death zone as theirs.
Allowed Races: Human
Benefits: You can get free weapons. Plus prection for at most ten days if you are wanted in the United Villages. You also have to be a Human to received those.
United Aliens
The United Thiheions are a very small group or tribes which have mostly Thiheions. There are some Humans but not many! they treat Humans with a respect and kindness.
Allowed Races: Any or Thiheion
Benefits: You can get free anything you want. But you have a limit. This is up to 10 items. 5 weapons. This is a one time offer. but you can get free food and water anytime.
CLASSES
These classes are of this zone the Salinas Death zone. Now there is other classes that are not yet made. This is because not the whole Death zone is explored. There might be other Cilivation then the ones in this book.
I will explain what these things mean.
Status Required: This mean what you need to become of this class. The abilities needed.
Benefits: This means what you get with the class. WHat type of Hit DIce you get.
Weapons Usage: This means what weapons you class can only use.
Races Allowed: This means that only one race or all races can join this class.
Ability Scores Needed for level: This is the requried amount of ability scores needed for you to become this class of character.
Scout
A scout is a person who is one of the most important part of any village. He/she could help find ambush and help make one. They are very useful in a party.
Benefits: Can use any weapons advilable and can use most vehicles, knows the area and also can use maps and read and write.
Weapons usage: any weapon.

Hit Dice: 1d10 for each level.
Ability Scores Needed: Wis 14/ Con 15/ Dex 14
Warrior
This class is for only people who belong to a tribe. This class is the soldier of the tribe and so if he used to belong to a tribe and now he no longer is part of one he is a lone Warrior.
Benefits: Knows basic fighting skills and also knows how to use a knife and bladed weapons.

Heavy Warrior or Elite Warrior
This warrior is one of the toughest warriors in the tribes army. He/she will be under a lot of stress and duty alot more then the warriors do. An Elite warrior must have been a warrior at one time and must pass 10th level to become one.
Benefits: Can use all weapons, can use maps, vehicles, and Read and write, can speck Thiheion, Human.

Spy
A spy is a person who is on the tribes side or he/she could also be a person for hire. ( these are mostly rare thought) He has a lot of dangerous things he most do and sometime betray his loyalty to his own friends.

Thief
A thief is a person who steals for money or is like a spy in some ways. He is disliked by all civilized tribes. He/she is also sometimes hunted down for death in some regions!
Benefits: Can use any bladed weapons, and can use a map and knows the zone, also can repair weapons and speck and writes Human ,Thiheion can use vehicles.
Weapon Usage: Only bladed weapons.

Healer
a Healer is a person who still fights but also helps these who are down or hurt. His main goal is trying to keep his side alive and himself alive too.
Benefits: Healing rate 10% each level. Can use guns and heal wound and also use vehicles and R/W Human and Thiheion.

COMBAT SECTION
ARMOR CLASSES
You start with 0 armor class or really you start with a 10 am class if you are using the D&D way. This is how it works you have 10 then you subtext it by the number of the armor class is. for example:
Plate mail -7 you subtect you ten to get 3 that is your armor class.
In the game you can have more then one types of armor. This means you can have chain mail and plate mail together! the maximum is -10 in the game.
THACO
To hit someone you must use the 20th sided dice. Each level your Thaco goes down. For example at level one your thaco is for hitting a ac of 0 or less is 20 each two levels the roll goes down one.

THE CHARACTER DIES
If the character you have made dies from an acident wheather of fighting he dies for good and you will have to make a new character.
STYLES OF COMBAT
one On One: This is a fight against one enemy and your charater. This is the simplies form of combat and the most easiest for the Game Master.
Mass Combat: This combat is one army against another. Namely your character is a leader of one army and the other is the enemy army. One of the most hardest form of combat.
One Againts Many or an army: This combat is a party against more then one enemy or just one person against more then one enemy.
DAMAGE AND HIT TO BODY AND HIT POINTS
Hit Point damage to Hit points is done like all of the rest of the Role-Playing Games out there in the market. This game has two ways of settling damage to personal bodies and personal points!
There is Hit points and there is also body points. each person either men or women. Human or Thiehion has the same body points but for hit points everyone has different hit points before they die!
Body points is the maxium points taken from the body not the person. Body points may or may not vary if it does it will do so because of two things the person is a zoner or is from another planet. The secound is that the person is one of the Elite or has been in sports, military Elite forces, and anything requring the person to make himself or herself tough and almost unbetable!

BASES
These are bases that survived the bombing and other attacks from both Human or Thiheions. Most or all of these carry weapons, vehicles and new weapons!
A Alien or Earth Defensive Weapon suppy Base: This base has weapons that are more advance then the ones that are usually found in the ruins of there ships or other ruins.
Secret Military or Civilvian Underground Bases or Shelter: These bases are the same as the ones above this base. But they also carry food and some vehicles.
An Alien Motherships: These base are very rare and have al lot of military and alien and Human technology.
A Nuclear Missile Base: There is know to be at least five thousand or more of these last minute bases made! These bases have more then one war head and missile!
Pre-Attack Prison: During the time before the attack of the alien fleet these prison were used to keep people in the society in. This places were here to keep justice and peace in the nation or the world!
New prisons or slave pits: Before the bombing millions of people world wide were put into prisons which were used to keep them there until the fighting is done with. That means after the Thiheions win! Then after they win take all of their prisoners to their home world and uses them as slaves!
